Moscow diplomatic circles are showing great interest of the Hanoi ximdx visit of the Czech Premier Lenart. MijikA Sund~eople see in Lenart' s mission new efforts of the European socialist countries to offer the DRV as efficient as possible military and economic aid. The possibility is not discounted that the Czech Premier wants to examine some other problems closely linked to the development of the Vietnam conflict. One of these is China's obstacles. According to some information that can be gleaned in Moscow, China has almost put in question the shipments which are transported across Chinese territory. It is considered that China has exerted new efforts to sabhtage the readiness of the socialist countries to increase the already existing aid to Vietnam. On the other hand China is doing everything to provoke a severance of ita diplomatic relations with the
