Swimming at Women'• Gym REE access to swimming pool at Women's Gym is granted all girls and women who are delegates or contestants to the State Meet. Delegates' badge will admit. Everything fur­nished except swimming cap. Bring that. Hours: 5 P.M. to 6 P.M. Thursday and 4 P.M. to 6 P.M. Friday.

Meals HERE are a number of good restaurants on Guadalupe Street, west side of campus. At the University Union Building, the "Chuck Wagon" is open from 7:15 A.M. until 8:30 P.M. Noon meal at the University Cafeteria, basement of the Union Building, is served from 11 :30 A.M. to 1 :30 P.M.; supper from 5:45 P.M. to 7 P.M.

Tennia Girls HE Racket Club of The University of Texas invites the girls Interscholastic League Tennis Teams and their friends to meet with them on Friday May 6, at 7:30 o'clock in the Women's Gymnasium, Room 105. Dr. Penick, Varsity tennis coach, and Mrs. Marjory Van Ryn, Fourth ranking player in the United States, will speak to the group. 
Texas Wild Flowers

N the main floor of the Gregory Gymnasium is the display of Texas Wild Flowers collected and arranged by Division 14 of the State Highway Department under the direction of D. E. H. Manigault, Division Engineer. The flowers are identi­fied by the Department of Botany, The University of Texas, under the direction of Dr. B. C. Tharp. All delegates and con­testants, visitors and the public generally are invited to ex­amine this exhibit.

RACK semi-finals in the following events will be held Friday, May 6, 2:30 P.M.: 120-yard high hurdles; 100-yard dash; 220-yard low hurdles; 220-yard dash. 
Track contestants may dress and check clothes in southeast room (main locker room), Gregory Gymnasium. 
L
ODGINGS, beginning Thursday at 2:30 P.M., will be furnished the delegates free of charge. Do not offer to pay for lodging assigned by us. Those lodging on or near the Campus may secure meals at the University Commons, or at restaurants in the Univer­sity neighborhood. Friends and relatives of contestants are heartily welcome, but free lodgings are not assigned to them. Substitutes on teams or alternates are not assigned free lodgings or entitled to rebate. 
We cannot agree to lodge delegations of more than two in the same house. It is rare that one house can accommodate a large number. It is therefore necessary to split delegations, and assign part to one house for lodging, and part to another. 
Each contestant in the track and field meet will be required to wear a number on his back. These numbers should be secured at the Gregory Gymnasium during registration. Those arriving Friday morning may get them at the Texas Memorial Stadium. 
Delegates' buttons are issued only to delegates and contestants to the Meet, and to no one else. Delegates and contestants are cautioned against losing or misplacing buttons. Duplicates are not issued. 
Commercial Teachers' Program

R. LOUIS A. LESLIE, outstanding authority in commercial teaching, will be available for conferences throughout Friday.

Reception for One-Act Play Groups 
On Friday night, May 6, a reception will be held at 8 o'clock, Room 315 of the Union Building. Members of the play groups and their directors are to be the honor guests. Dr. Dina Rees Evans, the critic judge of the meet, will speak of her work in dramatics in Heights High School, Cleveland Heights, Ohio. All visiting super­intendents, principals, and play directors at the state meet are cordially invited to attend. Tickets may be obtained from Mr. Lump­kin, director of the meet, or Mr. Watts, production manager. The reception will be informal.

Contestants Notice: Enter west gate on Twenty-first Street. Contestants arriving Friday morning or those who have not previ­ously secured numbers at General Headquarters, report before 
9:15 A.M. for numbers to number clerk, who will be stationed at the west gate on Twenty-second Street. Numbers must be displayed before contestants will be permitted to go on the field. Instructions will be given and picture taken at 9:15. No preliminaries necessary for Rural Pentathlon or mile contestants.
