Instruction is offered as follows: JUNIOR CLASS: Prof. Gould: Contracts, Sales, Evidence. Prof. Batts: Elementary Common Law, Criminal Law. Prof. Townes: Torts, Pleading and Practice. SENIOR CLASS: Prof. Gould: Equity, lnternational Law. Prof. Batts: Real Estate, Insurance, Constitutional Law. Prof. Townes: Partnership, Corporations, Commer­cial Paper. GRADUATE CLASS: Prof. Gould: General Jurisprudence, Conflict of Laws. Prof. Batts: Constitutional History and Law. Prof. Townes: Roman Law. LICENSE TO PRACTICE. Students who have the degree of Bachelor of Laws from the University may obtain license to practice in any Court of the State without further examination. The degree is given to those who, having satisfied the en­trance requirements, complete the Junior and Senior courses. The degree of Master of Law 1s given upon completion of the Graduate course.
